Three AI assistants and two humans. The same AI architecture we sell — running our own firm first.

Identity

What Is w3bly?

w3bly is a digital systems firm based in Mountain House, California — in the heart of the Tri-Valley. We build the websites, lead engines, and operating systems that service-based businesses run on.

We're a husband-and-wife duo. We take every discovery call, sign every proposal, and stay on every account ourselves — with Mira, Atlas, and Juno (our internal AI team) handling the back-office heavy lift. That's how we keep small enough to know every customer's business, while staying fast enough to ship.

How we run

Built AI-Native From Day One

Same architecture, both directions: customer-facing personas for productized AI, custom in-house assistants for the work that doesn't productize.

Internal AI Team

Mira · Atlas · Juno

Three assistants run our day-to-day — proposals, pipeline, marketing — so we can spend our days on calls, not paperwork. It's how a two-person firm runs like a ten-person one.

AvaNova

Customer AI Assistants

Ava · Nova

For customers, we offer two productized assistants: Ava (CallCapture) for missed-call recovery, and Nova (CallDesk) as your AI front desk. Both run on the same architecture powering our internal team.

Process

Our Approach

Every engagement begins with clarity — not assumptions.

01

Diagnose Before Building

We audit your current systems and lead flow before we design anything.

02

Automate What Matters

No unnecessary complexity — we focus on the workflows that save you time and money.

03

Build Systems That Scale

Grow your business without rebuilding your tech. Our systems evolve with you.
